NOTE: I will not give refunds no matter what so please be aware of your financial situation first. I stay in touch and give updates throughout the process to guarantee that the finished product is what you hoped for. •⩊•

This also includes canceling a commission I have already accepted this will be followed by a refund

♥ I require a deposit of 50% the total price of the commission before I begin working. After the sketch I require the other 50%
Payments are made through Venmo, or Cashapp, NO exceptions. I won't begin working until I have received the deposit.♥ My art is for personal use only.
You are not allowed to profit from my commissions in any way. If you post art I have made for you, and please credit me when posting somewhere <3 (please do not use my art on fiverr/artstation)

⁍ You are never allowed to use any of my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, for NFT’s or training any AI Technology.
⁍ You are not allowed to trace my art and claim it as your own, or otherwise.

♥ I will retain ownership of my artwork - Including commissioned art.
You can not remove or alter the watermark that I use to sign my art under any circumstances.You are not allowed to alter my art in any way. Claim it as your own, or resell itResales are only acceptable if you are transferring ownership of a character I have made commissioned art of. (ex. Selling the rights of a character to someone else and including all additional art pieces in the sale price)♥ Work Process
I start with a basic sketch clean it up then send it to you for approval, I then go in with base colors send you another update for your approval and when that's done I finish the sketch sending you updates intermittentlyAllow a maximum of 1 month to complete your commission. please do not rush me with deadlines.
